Role Summary

We’re looking for a highly execution-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own end-to-end campaign strategy and lifecycle execution across Email, Push, and In-App channels.

This role will own the end-to-end campaign process from ideation and setup to execution, tracking, and performance optimization to drive user growth and monetization.

You’ll operate at the intersection of growth, product, and marketing - combining strategy with deep hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end campaign promotion timelines

  • Advanced user segmentation strategy

  • Channel frequency planning

  • Copy creation & messaging optimization

  • Experiment design (A/B testing & iteration loops)

  • Creative briefs for design teams

  • Landing page setup & optimization

  • Performance reporting & dashboard ownership (Amplitude / Looker)

Must-Have Tools & Technical Skills
  • Experience with Braze (preferred) or comparable CRM platforms such as MoEngage or CleverTap.
