<p><strong>Earth On Sky is hiring: General Physician / Medical Officer & Clinical AI Lead</strong></p><p>📍 <strong>Location:</strong> Onsite – LB Nagar, Hyderabad</p><p> 🕑 <strong>Working Hours:</strong> 2:00 PM–9:00 PM, six days per week</p><p> 💼 <strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time</p><p> 🏥 <strong>Department:</strong> AI-Assisted Primary Care Clinic</p><p>Earth On Sky is establishing an AI-assisted primary care clinic in Hyderabad using healthcare software developed by our product and engineering team.</p><p>We are looking for a qualified, technology-oriented <strong>General Physician / Medical Officer</strong> who will provide patient care, help establish and operate the clinic, and work closely with our team to improve the clinical safety and usefulness of our AI-assisted clinic platform.</p><p>The technology is designed to support—not replace—the doctor. Every AI-generated summary, differential diagnosis, laboratory interpretation, care-plan suggestion, or follow-up recommendation must be independently reviewed and approved by the treating physician.</p>What you will do<p><strong>Patient care and clinic operations</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct outpatient consultations for common acute and chronic health conditions.</li><li>Obtain medical histories and perform appropriate physical examinations.</li><li>Develop differential diagnoses, order and interpret investigations, and create treatment plans.</li><li>Manage common conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory illness, fever, infections, gastrointestinal complaints, thyroid disorders and preventive-care needs.</li><li>Recognize red flags and arrange timely emergency escalation or specialist referral.</li><li>Counsel patients on medications, lifestyle, preventive care and follow-up.</li><li>Maintain complete, accurate and timely electronic clinical records.</li><li>Help management establish and operate the clinic in accordance with applicable regulatory, ethical and patient-safety requirements.</li><li>Support clinical SOPs, infection-control practices, referral relationships and emergency-response processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Clinical AI and product development</strong></p><ul><li>Use the Earth On Sky clinic platform during consultations and structured testing.</li><li>Review, validate and correct AI-generated histories, summaries, alerts, differentials and care-plan suggestions.</li><li>Identify unsafe, incomplete, biased or clinically misleading AI outputs.</li><li>Define circumstances in which the software must obtain more information, display a warning, escalate urgently or defer entirely to the doctor.</li><li>Develop clinical workflows, red-flag rules, structured templates and representative test cases.</li><li>Review laboratory and biomarker interpretation features.</li><li>Translate clinical requirements into clear guidance for product, engineering, AI/ML and UI/UX teams.</li><li>Participate in prototype reviews, user-acceptance testing and product demonstrations.</li><li>Track recurring AI errors and contribute to clinical acceptance criteria and product improvements.</li><li>Help ensure that patient data used for software testing is appropriately consented, protected and de-identified where required.</li></ul>Required qualifications<ul><li>MBBS from an institution recognized under the applicable Indian medical-education framework.</li><li>Current, verifiable medical registration permitting allopathic practice in Telangana.</li><li>At least <strong>2–3 years of independent outpatient, primary-care or general-practice experience</strong> preferred.</li><li>Strong clinical assessment, differential-diagnosis and patient-management skills.</li><li>Ability to recognize emergencies and make appropriate referral decisions.</li><li>Comfortable using computers, electronic medical records and digital healthcare applications.</li><li>Good written and spoken English.</li><li>Ability to communicate with patients in <strong>Telugu and/or Hindi</strong> strongly preferred.</li><li>Willingness to work onsite during the stated hours and collaborate with a multidisciplinary technology team.</li><li>Commitment to patient consent, privacy, documentation, professional ethics and evidence-based care.</li><li>Willingness to remain personally accountable for clinical decisions and independently verify all AI-generated suggestions.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>MD/DNB in General Medicine, Family Medicine or another relevant postgraduate qualification.</li><li>Experience in an outpatient clinic, hospital casualty, family-practice or preventive-health setting.</li><li>Current BLS certification; ACLS certification is an advantage.</li><li>Experience with EMR/EHR platforms, telemedicine or digital-health systems.</li><li>Exposure to clinical decision support, healthcare AI, LLMs or medical-software validation.</li><li>Experience in clinical research, quality improvement, healthcare product development or SOP creation.</li><li>Ability to write structured clinical workflows, test cases and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Professional indemnity insurance or willingness to obtain it.</li></ul>What success looks like<ul><li>Safe, ethical and patient-centered clinical care.</li><li>Complete and accurate clinical documentation.</li><li>Effective triage, referral and follow-up.</li><li>Clinically useful and appropriately constrained AI workflows.</li><li>Timely identification of unsafe AI outputs and failure modes.</li><li>Measurable improvement in physician workflow and continuity of care.</li><li>Clear clinical requirements that the software team can implement and test.</li></ul>Compensation<p>Competitive full-time compensation based on qualifications and experience.
