BIEDX is a Singapore-headquartered medical imaging education company focused on providing high-quality education and training in Radiology and Surgery. Built by doctors, for doctors, BIEDX develops educational programs, fellowships, digital learning experiences, conferences, and professional content for a global medical audience.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Graphic Designer who can independently handle BIEDX’s visual communication across digital, presentation, social media, video, and event requirements.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital & Social Media Design

  • Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
  • Create social media posts, carousels, stories, promotional banners, campaign creatives, and advertisements.
  • Develop visual concepts for reels, short-form videos, and promotional campaigns.
  • Adapt designs into different formats and platform specifications while maintaining visual consistency.
  • Create engaging visual content for course launches, medical education campaigns, announcements, and events.

2. Medical Education & Course Content

  • Design visually consistent PowerPoint presentations, lecture decks, educational materials, and course resources.
  • Format and enhance faculty presentations while maintaining the original educational content and accuracy.
  • Follow established typography, colour palettes, layouts, reference formatting, and brand guidelines.
  • Create visual elements such as diagrams, icons, infographics, illustrations, charts, timelines, and educational graphics.
  • Work closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure presentations are clear, professional, and visually engaging.

3. Marketing & Promotional Design

  • Develop creatives for courses, fellowships, CME/CPD programs, workshops, conferences, and other BIEDX initiatives.
  • Design website promotional banners, email graphics, social media assets, and other marketing materials.
  • Translate marketing concepts and campaign requirements into strong visual communication.
  • Create multiple creative variations for marketing campaigns where required.

4. Video & Motion Graphics

  • Create and edit reels, promotional videos, short-form videos, animated presentations, and motion graphics.
  • Use tools such as CapCut for video editing, reels, transitions, text animation, effects, and other short-form content requirements.
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for more advanced video editing and motion graphics where required.
  • Add typography, transitions, graphics, icons, animations, music, and other visual elements appropriately.
  • Edit existing video footage and create visually engaging promotional content.
  • Maintain consistency between static and video-based brand communication.

5. Event & Print Collateral

Design professional materials for conferences, workshops, and international events, including:

  • Banners and standees
  • Backdrops and signage
  • Certificates and awards
  • Name badges and lanyards
  • Brochures and flyers
  • Invitations
  • Delegate materials
  • Event branding and other print collateral

6. Brand & Visual Consistency

  • Maintain and strengthen BIEDX’s visual identity across all communication channels.
  • Ensure consistent use of logos, typography, colours, spacing, imagery, icons, and design systems.
  • Develop reusable templates for recurring BIEDX requirements.
  • Maintain organised design files, source files, templates, and brand assets.

7. Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with the HR, Marketing, Academic, Operations, Business Development, and Technology teams.
  • Understand briefs and convert them into high-quality designs with minimal supervision.
  • Manage multiple design requests and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver revisions within timelines.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept development through final delivery.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design.
  • Good working knowledge of Canva.
  • Proficiency in CapCut for reels and short-form video editing.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, hierarchy, grids, spacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of social media design specifications and digital marketing creatives.
  • Good understanding of video editing and motion graphics.
  • Ability to create clean, premium, professional, and modern designs.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in text, alignment, formatting, and consistency.
  • Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across large volumes of content.
  • Understanding of both digital and print production requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing for healthcare, medical education, technology, education, or professional services.
  • Experience working with international brands or global audiences.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles is an advantage.
  • Experience creating infographics and data visualisations.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and creative tools.
  • Experience with photography, image retouching, compositing, and image enhancement.
  • Ability to create original visual concepts rather than relying heavily on templates or stock designs.

  • Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
  • 2–5 years of relevant graphic design experience preferred.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must submit a strong portfolio demonstrating their capabilities across multiple formats.

The portfolio should ideally include examples of:

  • Social media creatives
  • Presentation/PPT design
  • Branding
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Reels/video or motion graphics
  • Infographics
  • Print/event collateral

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
