Who we are looking forWe are looking for a IAM Full stack Developer officer role reporting directly to AVP.Why this role is important to usState Street’s Identity and Access Management division is seeking a senior developer with creativity; desire to lead design, development and support of business critical and complex enterprise-level security platform.What you will be responsible for As a Full Stack Developer, you will:<ul><li>Collaborate with IAM architects, security engineers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure access management solutions.</li><li>Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, operational runbooks, SOPs, and engineering standards.</li><li>Support audit, compliance, and security initiatives within IAM systems.</li><li>Work with business team/Development Lead to understand and analyze new requirements.</li><li>Drive architectural and design discussions towards solution perfection.</li><li>Hands on architecture, analysis, design, review and execution of code.</li><li>Assist in QA and testing of existing and/or new features.</li><li>Participate in release, build and deployment activities.</li><li>Write and/or review software and system documentation.</li><li>Provide subject matter technical domain expertise in addressing complex production issues that encompass a wide range of internal and external systems, components, and processes.</li></ul>What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role<ul><li>Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture</li><li>Hands-on experience with Relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).</li><li>Experience with UNIX/Windows Shell/batch scripting.</li><li>Experience with React.js/Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3,</li><li>Experience in Hibernate, Web Services and Cloud architecture.</li></ul>Education & Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or engineering.</li><li>At least 7+ years of hands-on development experience in 3-tier or service oriented application architecture.</li><li>Exhibit integrity and ability to follow through on commitments and deadlines.</li><li>Ability to work with team member manage delivery and provide feedback.</li><li>Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Team player, Ethical, Self-driven and self-motivated, goal and results oriented.</li></ul>Additional requirements<ul><li>Vendor software experience such as ServiceNow, Azure/AWS Cloud.</li><li>Experience with AWS/Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and application monitoring to support secure, reliable, and scalable deployment</li></ul>Work Requirement<h1>About State Street</h1>Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
