Job Title: FSD with Web development experience(Sr Fullstack Developer)

Key Responsibilities ο‚· Senior professional with 6–10 years of experience. ο‚· Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications. ο‚· Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code and backend microservices. ο‚· Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications (React, Angular, or Next.js) and cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. ο‚· Build and integrate web and mobile clients with RESTful APIs and backend services. ο‚· Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness across web, mobile, and backend. ο‚· Ensure application accessibility, usability, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility. ο‚· Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. ο‚· Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. ο‚· Manage the team and successfully deliver the project.

Skills &

Experience: ο‚· Strong hands-on experience with React, Angular (6+), or Next.js, including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development. ο‚· Hands-on experience building cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter and Dart. ο‚· Familiarity with mobile app lifecycle, native integration, and app store deployment (Play Store / App Store). ο‚· Experience with client-side routing, navigation, and route guards. ο‚· Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, NgRx on web; Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc on Flutter). ο‚· Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm, yarn, pub). ο‚· Experience integrating web and mobile apps with REST/GraphQL APIs. ο‚· Knowledge of client-side security β€” OAuth2/OIDC flows, secure token handling, and prevention of client-side vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF). ο‚· Working knowledge of Node.js. ο‚· Experience testing applications (unit, integration, and end-to-end β€” Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright on web; Flutter test framework on mobile).

Backend & Architecture (core requirement) ο‚· Working experience in an agile software development environment with a good understanding of agile architecture principles. Strong collaborative mindset for collective decentralized decision making. ο‚· Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of modern architectural styles such as Microservices, Containers, Cloud (AWS, Azure), APIs, Continuous Delivery, Event driven and Evolutionary architecture, with a passion for hands-on coding. ο‚· Strong foundation in software architecture concepts, patterns, principles, and quality attributes, with a pragmatic, system-thinking, problem-solving mindset. ο‚· Proven leadership skills with a proactive, positive, growth mindset and an egoless, empathetic communication style. ο‚· Experience delivering architectures for large software solutions, discovering technical debt, and prioritizing technical backlog with product owners and enterprise architects. ο‚· Proficient in Java & Java EE, with skill to write reusable components/Java libraries. ο‚· Work experience in Spring framework (Spring Core / Batch / AOP / Data / JDBC / Boot / Reactive), Hibernate ORM, Spring Security, and OAuth2 implementation. ο‚· Deep familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google. ο‚· Familiarity with OOP, MVC, JDBC, and RESTful concepts;
