Job Description Receptionist (Female Candidate only)

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, students, candidates, and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and general front office inquiries.
  • Handle visitor registration, maintain visitor logs, and ensure adherence to office security protocols.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, parcels, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times.
  • Coordinate with HR, Administration, and other departments for interviews, meetings, and day-to-day office activities.
  • Maintain records related to office supplies, stationery, and administrative documents.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as required by management.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information while delivering exceptional customer service.
