Job Title: Supervisor – Production & Quality (Perfume Industry)
Department: Production / Quality

Location: TPP Perfumes Pvt. Ltd., Ozone Industrial Estate, Bhayla–Bavla

Role Overview

The candidate will support both production operations and in‑process quality control (IPQC) activities for perfume and related products. The role involves shop‑floor coordination, basic documentation, and quality checks as per SOP and GMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day‑to‑day production activities for bulk and finished products as per production plans.
  • Support in issuing and handling batch numbers for raw materials, bulk and finished goods as per SOP.
  • Help in preparing and maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
  • Ensure proper batch issuance, reconciliation and closure under supervision.
  • Verify that manufacturing and packing entries are filled correctly and follow basic GMP requirements.
  • Coordinate with production and packing teams for timely execution of batches.
  • Support in‑process quality checks (appearance, weight/volume, basic parameters) as guided by seniors.
  • Assist in line clearance activities before and after manufacturing/packing operations.
  • Help in document control such as SOPs, formats, and records (filing, updating, retrieval).
  • Follow all safety, hygiene and housekeeping norms on the shop floor.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry or related field.
  • 0-3 years hands in perfume/FMCG manufacturing.
  • Strong GMP knowledge and batch documentation expertise.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
