About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Video Editor who understands how to create high-converting paid advertisement videos for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

This is not a regular YouTube or wedding editing role. We need someone who understands direct response marketing, sales psychology, hooks, retention, CTR, conversions, and ROAS-focused creatives.

Responsibilities

  • Edit high-converting Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Create Google Display & YouTube Ads
  • Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts & TikTok style content
  • Create UGC-style advertisements
  • Produce VSLs (Video Sales Letters)
  • Edit product demos and service explainer videos
  • Design motion graphics and kinetic typography
  • Add captions, subtitles and animations
  • Create attention-grabbing first 3-second hooks
  • Optimize videos for maximum watch time and conversions
  • Perform A/B creative variations for paid campaigns
  • Color grading and professional sound design
  • Add transitions, motion graphics and visual effects
  • Repurpose long videos into multiple ad creatives
  • Work closely with the marketing team and media buyers
