Job Description – Telecaller / Lead Qualification Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates to join our team as Telecallers / Lead Qualification Executives. The role involves connecting with parents, understanding their requirements, verifying qualified leads, and briefly explaining our company’s programs related to child development and early learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Call and connect with customers/leads provided by the company
  • Verify and qualify leads based on company criteria
  • Build a friendly and professional conversation with parents
  • Briefly explain the company, programs, and benefits related to child development
  • Understand customer interest and requirements
  • Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers
  • Update lead status and call details in CRM/sheets
  • Coordinate with the sales/team members for further process

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in English and regional languages
  • Confident and polite speaking skills
  • Basic understanding of customer handling and relationship management
  • Ability to convince and engage customers professionally
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in telecalling/customer support/sales is preferred
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
  • Interest in parenting, education, or child development topics is an added advantage
