Role & Responsibilities For Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruiter)
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain daily recruitment MIS and tracker updates.
  • Achieve assigned monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve team objectives.
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Senior Recruiter)
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements.
  • Source, screen, and close positions within defined timelines.
  • Mentor, guide, and support recruiters to improve performance and productivity.
  • Monitor recruiter activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new recruiters for the team.
  • Ensure individual and team hiring targets are achieved.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for priority requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and performance MIS.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain recruitment quality standards.
  • Support the Team Leader in achieving overall team business targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or BPO Hiring.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply for the Recruiter role.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar job portals is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a Work From Home environment.
  • Must have a laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in recruitment.
