Job Description

Tesloye Consultancy Services is actively seeking a Freelance Human Resources Recruiter to join our international team to help us achieve our ultimate goal – to create a diverse and talented workforce.

This position is ideal for an individual who islooking to work remotely in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. The Freelance HR Recruiter will have ultimate responsibility for searching, interviewing and selection for the company. You will source and build relationships with various recruitment channels, recruit talent to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and screening process.

The successful HR Recruiter will be responsible for applying current and new recruitment and psychometric policies and procedures to support talent acquisition, which may include:

  • Posting job advertisements and ensuring they are seen in the relevant online channels
  • Developing and maintaining HR networks within the relevant recruitment sector
  • Managing applicant tracking systems to track progress as well as analyze applicant information
  • Source CVs from Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reach out to potential candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, manage contracts and review services
  • Interviewing candidates and selecting them based on both their qualifications and competencies
  • Assessing, managing and monitoring progress of individuals through post-interview assessments and assessments of readiness for employment
  • Ensuring employers and candidates are kept up to date with the recruitment process
  • Confirming offers of employment and conducting background checks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment/HR role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a range of external parties
  • Ability to work remotely and with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations
