Forward Deployed Software Engineer - Internship


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help the Forward Deployed Engineering team build AI assistants on WhatsApp, RCS, web and voice for large enterprise brands
2. Write and test prompts and tool definitions in English, Hindi and Hinglish
3. Write Python functions that connect assistants to CRMs, payment gateways and APIs
4. Build test sets from real conversations and run them before every change goes live
5. Review live conversations, find where users drop off or the assistant gets it wrong, and propose fixes to the team
6. Document what you build so the team can reuse it across accounts

  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can start the internship between 6th Oct'26 and 10th Nov'26
  3. are available for duration of 6 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests
  5. are Computer Science Engineering students
