Flight Ticket Booking – Back-Office Support (Non-Voice) - Internship (WFH)


About the internship:

We are looking for interns to support our Australian travel clients with flight ticket bookings, invoice checks, and booking management entirely via chat. This is a non-voice project ideal for candidates with strong written communication and travel industry knowledge.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle flight booking requests from Australian clients via chat.
2. Search, book, and confirm flight tickets using backend systems.
3. Verify and validate invoices for accuracy before sharing them with clients.
4. Track ticket status and provide timely updates to clients.
5. Process amendments, cancellations, and refund requests.
6. Maintain accurate records of all booking transactions.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and special requests.
8. Ensure compliance with airline policies and fare rules.
9. Deliver prompt and professional responses to all client chats.

  • Stipend Structure:
    Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 - 15,000 /month
    Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 3,000 /month
