Job Role: Premium Service Executive PhonePe We are hiring for the role of Premium Service Executive (PSE) at PhonePe. This is a field-based role with 80% service work and 20% sales work . The candidate will be responsible for visiting assigned merchants and providing on-ground support and services related to PhonePe products. Key Responsibilities: Reactivation of inactive merchant accounts/devices. Handling product returns and return-related activities. Managing reverse pickup of devices from merchants. Completing and supporting merchant KYC processes. Visiting merchants to resolve service-related concerns and provide required assistance. Coordinating with merchants for device-related support and service requests. Maintaining proper records and updating the status of assigned activities. Identifying opportunities to promote relevant PhonePe products and services. Supporting sales and business activities as per the assigned targets. Role Split: 80% Service Work 20% Sales Work Candidate Requirements: Comfortable with field visits and travelling within the assigned area. Good communication and merchant-handling skills.
