Job Title: Field Operations Executive

Location: Mysore, Karnataka

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as Field Operations Executives. The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, deployment, and maintenance of IoT-based agricultural devices at customer locations. The role involves regular field visits, soil sample collection, and coordination with farmers and field stakeholders. Comprehensive training will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling installation and deployment of IoT-based agricultural devices at field locations.
  • Conduct site visits and device setup, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Collect soil samples and other field data as per company requirements and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, soil samples, and field activities.
  • Coordinate with farmers and customers during device installation and training activities.
  • Provide basic user guidance and training on device usage and maintenance.
  • Ensure timely reporting of field activities and observations.
  • Travel to various locations as required for installations, inspections, and support activities.
  • Follow company procedures and safety guidelines during field operations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • ITI, Polytechnic or Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Science, Engineering, Technology, or any related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of technology.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in field environments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
  • The role reports to the Field Operations Manager. The position requires 70–80% field deployment across Mysore and surrounding districts; proficiency in Kannada is mandatory for effective farmer interaction. Candidates should have basic familiarity with tools such as Android-based field apps, RS485/Modbus sensor interfaces, and elementary device troubleshooting. Travel and accommodation will be reimbursed as per defined company policy shared at onboarding.
  • Performance will be assessed on installation TAT, data accuracy, farmer feedback scores, and monthly reporting compliance.
  • Candidates must be physically fit for outdoor field work in varied terrain and weather conditions.
