Field Marketing Manager, India (ON-SITE) – New Delhi

<div>The Field Marketing Manager, India will execute field marketing across India’s defense and government ecosystem. This role will drive account-based marketing programs, support strategic capture efforts, and contribute to measurable pipeline impact in close partnership with regional Sales, Business Development, and Capture teams.</div> <div>This is a hands-on role in a high-growth environment. Experience with Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces, DRDO, or related organizations is highly valuable.</li> <li>Understanding of India’s defense procurement processes, long-cycle acquisition environments, and complex multi-stakeholder account structures.</li> <li>Proven experience executing account-based marketing programs within complex enterprise, government, or strategic accounts.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including campaign creation, Campaign ID management, opportunity alignment, reporting, and maintaining strong CRM hygiene.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform, including campaign execution, segmentation, nurture programs, and performance tracking.</li> <li>Experience executing trade shows, industry events, executive briefings, and owned customer programs, preferably within the India aerospace and defense market.</li> <li>Ability to engage professionally with senior military leaders, government stakeholders, defense industry executives, and technical audiences.</li> <li>Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.</li> <li>Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Sales, Business Development, Capture, and Global Marketing teams.</li> <li>Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and processes.</li> <li>Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
