ROLE TYPE

Engagement: Fellowship / HR Support

Work Mode: 90% Fieldwork

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience)

Work Week: 6 Days

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Lead and support field teams & Haqdarshaks (Field Agents)

✅ Identify, hire & onboard local women agents through HD Portal

✅ Conduct orientation & training programs for new recruits

✅ Organize camps to help citizens apply for welfare schemes

✅ Conduct digital productivity & financial literacy sessions

✅ Coordinate with government departments & local officials

✅ Support recruitment drives and employee documentation

✅ Handle employee onboarding & HR-related coordination

✅ Resolve team concerns and maintain strong morale

✅ Prepare reports, field updates & communication materials

REQUIRED SKILLS

✔ 1–3 years experience in social sector / recruitment / HR

✔ Freshers with strong communication can also apply

✔ Good in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & digital tools

✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✔ Problem-solving & conflict-resolution ability

✔ Team coordination & leadership mindset

✔ Willingness for field travel

PREFERRED

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience in social protection or community projects

• HR/recruitment experience preferred

• Passion for social impact & community engagement
