We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tellecaller to join our team in Libas Pur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and will excel in facilitating communication between our company and potential clients.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest in our offerings.- Handle Inbound Queries: Respond to incoming inquiries from clients, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns they may have.- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of calls, including customer interactions and follow-up tasks, to ensure all information is organized and accessible.- Follow Up with Leads: Reach out to potential clients just to check on their interest level and encourage them to make a decision.- Achieve Targets: Strive to meet daily and monthly targets set by the management to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and friendly speaking voice.
