About AI training work

AI training is the human work behind systems that generate text and other content. People review examples, rate model responses, and write better answers so AI systems can produce more accurate and useful results.

Experienced contributors are valuable because they can spot subtle language, reasoning, cultural, and factual problems that automated checks may miss.
