This group is responsible for building global marketing experiences that enable Amazon Advertisements to become a preferred partner for marketers. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our leaders and teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and development of the organization. Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and driven Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders in the Promoter Experience Group. This role will act as a key member of the EA team, supporting the broader Marketing Products and Tech organization of 5000+ employees worldwide. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, time management, and administrative skills, as well as a strong sense of pride and ownership, and a client-centric approach. This position requires high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and exceptional skills in managing senior leaders. Key Responsibilities Managing complex calendar demands, meeting invites, and conference room operations Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements Handling expense reports and ensuring timely submissions Managing large event logistics, including catering, facilities, and materials (e.g., celebrations, All Hands events, etc.) Coordinating space for the team and working with office operations to ensure a smooth working environment Creating a positive and inclusive team culture, recognizing outstanding efforts, and encouraging others to do the same Attending key meetings, tracking and assisting in driving the completion of key objectives, and following up on outstanding tasks Leading team activities (e.g., staff meeting plans, team-building events, launch events, and team recognition) Managing workflows that require approvals and ensuring timely completion Identifying internal and external resources to solve problems in a creative and innovative manner A Day in the Life Every day is unique, but a typical day will involve managing a high volume of emails, working with other Executive Assistants to coordinate complex meetings, and partnering closely with leaders and their teams on projects and initiatives.
