About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk - Data Entry Specialist to support the processing of medical claim reviews by professionals. In this role, you'll perform a range of administrative tasks, including word processing, data entry, faxing, and document review. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform administrative tasks to support the processing of medical claim reviews, including word processing, data entry, faxing, and document review Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and activities Utilize software applications to manage and maintain data, including data entry and document management systems Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: New York State residency is required for this remote opportunity High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the healthcare industry Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare operations Certification in medical administration or a related field Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Work Schedule and Benefits: This is a full-time opportunity with a variety of shifts available, including: Monday - Friday; 8 hr shifts between 8:00am - 5:00pm Tuesday - Saturday; 8:00am - 4:30pm Training hours will be provided for approximately 2-3 weeks, Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5 pm.
