SaT - TCF - Capital and Debt Advisory : Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Understanding of corporate finance, credit analysis and debt markets. Familiarity with financial statements and accounting concepts. Experience in preparing presentations, IMs and transaction documentation is desirable.
