Job Description

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and appointments.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings across time zones.
  • Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organise travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Assist in tracking and following up on key projects and tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication.
