Job Description -Executive Assistant (For Founder) Teleradiology Solutions (TRS) is a pioneer in teleradiology, delivering round-the-clock diagnostic radiology reporting and support to hospitals and healthcare providers across India, the US, and other global markets. Founded in 2002 by two Yale-trained physicians and headquartered in Ardmore, PA, TRS today serves over 150 hospitals across 21 countries. The company pairs a network of board-certified radiologists — including ABR-certified specialists — with technology-driven workflows and its AI-enabled arm, dAIgnostiX, to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable imaging interpretation.

TRS/dAIX also maintains an active academic focus ( and ongoing research interests, including AI in radiology. We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and technology-driven Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to Founder. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational, communication, and writing skills, along with the ability to leverage AI-powered productivity tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Manage the calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedules with precision. Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI-based calendar management platforms, and presentation-generation tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows. Proficiency in video editing, digital media content creation, and AI-assisted multimedia tool usage.

Provide administrative and operational support while ensuring seamless day-to-day executive office management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional business writing ability.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI-assisted calendar management, and AI-based presentation creation platforms. Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
