If our values resonate with you, we’d love to hear from you. </p> <p>About the role<br /> We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and design-minded professional to take on a combined role as Events Coordinator (80%) and Executive Assistant (20%). This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, has an eye for aesthetics, and enjoys working remotely with a global team. </p> <p>Key responsibilities </p> <p>Executive Assistant to CEO (20%)<br /> – Manage travel arrangements and event bookings with ease and adapt quickly to changes.<br /> – Ensure the CEO’s calendar is seamlessly coordinated with travel and events.<br /> – Process expense reports and invoices efficiently.<br /> – Stay highly responsive across multiple communication channels.<br /> – Provide discreet personal support, such as planning trips and booking restaurants.<br /> – Work closely with the CEO and the Chief of Staff (former Executive Assistant). </p> <p>Events (80%)<br /> – Lead the planning and execution of events, bringing creativity and strong organization to every detail.<br /> – Coordinate team involvement at conferences, including booth setup, branding materials, and logistics to ensure a strong company presence.<br /> – Organize and run high-impact side events such as networking happy hours, C-level dinners, and other gatherings to increase brand visibility and build industry relationships.<br /> – Partner with the marketing team to create event and conference merchandise that reflects the company’s brand.<br /> – Source, negotiate with, and manage vendor relationships to secure excellent services and products for all events and conferences.<br /> – Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to align event strategies, execution plans, and promotional activities. </p> <p>Ideal candidate profile<br /> – Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, skilled at managing complex schedules and supporting senior leaders.<br /> – Strong track record of organizing and executing corporate events and conferences, including team logistics and planning engaging side events.<br /> – Willingness to travel internationally as needed to oversee event and conference setups and provide hands-on support.<br /> – Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.<br /> – Creative and design-oriented, with a good sense of branding and aesthetics for events and merchandise.<br /> – Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.<br /> – Proactive and innovative, always looking for new ways to improve event experiences and support strategic goals.<br /> – Solid business judgment, including negotiation skills and budget management, to ensure cost-effective event planning and execution. </p> <p>Application process<br /> Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a brief, insightful application process:<br /> – Skills assessment: a 30-minute test to demonstrate your capabilities relevant to the Events Coordinator & Executive Assistant role.<br /> – Interviews: a two-stage interview process to assess your fit for the role and your alignment with the team’s values and objectives. </p> <p>Benefits<br /> – Autonomy and growth: a supportive, friendly environment with fast professional development opportunities.<br /> – Competitive compensation: a fixed salary between CHF 40k and 70k plus equity.<br /> – Learning and development: a CHF 3,000 annual learning budget and access to a conference budget.<br /> – Team retreats: fully funded bi-annual team retreats to destinations such as Portugal, Kenya, the USA, South Korea, Dubai, Georgia, Thailand, and Serbia.<br /> – Collaborative culture: even though you work remotely, you’ll never feel alone—join a strong global team and collaborate closely.<br /> – Innovative work: help build cutting-edge protocols that are shaping an open, transparent, and programmable financial system. </p> <p>$95,000 — $175,000/year</p>
