Build scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions, such as Kubernetes Platform in Azure or other public cloud.</li><li>Collaborate with Cybersecurity, enterprise architects to define and Implement cloud solution best practices following Well-Architect Framework best practices for security, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.</li><li>Ensure customer needs (product strategy objectives, user requirements, and technical environment compatibility) are met.</li><li>Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and change effectively to customers and stakeholders.</li><li>Drive innovation by automating infrastructure via your hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as code technologies.</li><li>Manage the lifecycle of cloud solutions and platforms that keep the system stack up to date.</li><li>Writes, tests, and documents technical work products (e.g., code, scripts, processes) according to organizational standards and practices.</li><li>Monitor cloud systems for availability, performance, and cost efficiency, optimizing usage and resources.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve issues in cloud environments, providing support for internal teams and stakeholders.</li><li>24/7 on call rotation supporting business critical applications or systems. Conducts root cause analysis to identify domain level problems and prescribes action items to mitigate.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>All you will need for success:</strong></p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS / MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience / training.</li><li>4+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS / MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience / training.</li><li>Airline Industry experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Terraform/IAC/Bicep</li><li>Kubernetes/K8</li><li>Deployment Support</li><li>CI/CD</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills, Licenses, and Certifications- Proficiency with the following technologies:</strong></p><ul><li>Container orchestration: Kubernetes.</li><li>Devops.</li><li>Troubleshooting experience.</li><li>Azure(Preferred) / AWS.</li><li>Terraform / IAC.</li><li>Proficiency in DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including Continuous Integration and continuous deployment.</li><li>Ability to optimize solutions for performance, resiliency and reliability while maintaining an eye toward simplicity.</li><li>Ability to concisely convey ideas verbally, in writing, in code, and in diagrams.</li><li>Proficiency in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Language / Communication Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization</li><li>Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Note:</strong></p><p>If the Company has reason to question an employee’s physical ability to safely and / or successfully perform the position’s essential job functions, the HR team generally will engage in an interactive process to determine whether a reasonable accommodation is appropriate.
