eCommerce Manager - Site Conversion & Experience (CRO)

Through proprietary software and AI, along with a focus on customer delight, Sleek makes the back-office easy for micro SMEs.

We give Entrepreneurs time back to focus on what they love doing - growing their business and being with customers. With a surging number of Entrepreneurs globally, we are innovating in a highly lucrative space.

We operate across 3 business segments:

  • Corporate Secretary: Automating the company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and SleekSign.  We are the market leaders in Singapore with ~5% market share of all new business incorporations
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
  • FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses
  • Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK.  We have around 600 staff with an intact startup mindset. We have recently raised Series B financing off the back of >70% compound annual growth in Revenue over the last 5 years.  Sleek has been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia. Backed by world-class investors, we are on track to be one of the few cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorns based out of Asia Pacific.

At Sleek, we believe AI is transforming content marketing, but human insight and strategic thinking are what drive lasting impact.

    Mission

Own the website UI/UX, conversion, and engagement performance across Sleek's websites, turning site visitors into funnel entrants through continuous optimisation, experimentation, and AI-driven user experiences. Over time, take ownership of the full visitor-to-funnel-start conversion rate across all markets.

Outcome 1 (1–6 Months): Improve Funnel Entry Conversion
    • Improve visitor-to-funnel-start conversion rates across all Sleek websites
    • Optimise landing pages, CTAs, and funnel-entry messaging
    • Align traffic intent with the landing page experience
Outcome 2 (1–6 Months): Lift Conversion on High-Intent Landing Pages
    • Improve on-site conversion across key landing pages receiving paid traffic
    • Run A/B tests on page structure, copy, layout, and user journeys
    • Partner with the Paid Marketing team to ensure strong ad-to-page intent alignment (you own the page; they own the traffic)
Outcome 3 (1–12 Months): Introduce AI-Driven Funnel Experiences
    • Launch an AI-driven advisor to support service and price discovery
    • Optimise the site for LLM-driven discovery and emerging AI browsing experiences (GEO/Web MCP)
    • Use AI tools to improve workflows, insights, and funnel efficiency
Outcome 4 (12+ Months): Step Up into Full Funnel Ownership
    • Develop a deep understanding of funnel economics and user behaviour
    • Influence pricing, packaging, and monetisation decisions
    • Progressively take ownership of end-to-end funnel performance for a market
    Must-Have Experience
    • 4 to 7 years of experience in CRO, conversion optimisation, digital product, or UX-focused growth roles. This is a CRO/UX-led role — it is not a paid media, SEO/content, or traditional e-commerce/platform management role (e.g. Shopify, marketplaces, catalogue management, or merchandising).
    • Builds with AI, not just uses it — has personally designed or deployed AI-powered workflows, automations, or agents to solve business problems. Treats AI as a systems-building capability rather than simply a copywriting or ideation tool.
    • Hands-on experience improving website UI/UX, designing and iterating on page components, and refining value propositions and conversion-focused copy.
    • Proven track record of improving landing page and funnel conversion performance, with measurable outcomes.
    • Hands-on experience with experimentation, analytics, and behavioural tools such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
    • Strong understanding of CRO, user behaviour, funnel optimisation, and customer decision-making.
    • Cross-functional experience working with Product, Engineering, Design, and/or Marketing teams to ship on-site improvements.
    Must-Have Attributes

Customer-Centric Thinker: Thinks from the customer's perspective and deeply understands user intent, behaviour, friction points, and decision drivers.

Ownership & Self-Direction: Runs their own show — identifies problems, designs solutions, and drives implementation with minimal direction. Thrives in an autonomous, ambiguous environment with lean resources.

Data-Driven: Uses data, customer insights, and experimentation to make informed decisions.

Structured Thinker: Able to prioritise effectively, break down complex problems, and develop pragmatic solutions.

Experimentation Mindset: Tests quickly, learns continuously, and iterates based on results.

Systems Thinker: Understands how traffic, messaging, UX, pricing, and funnels work together.

Strong Collaborator: Works effectively across Marketing, Revenue, Product, Engineering, and Platform teams.

Behavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates who have a proven track record of embodying the following attributes in their recent roles:

Ownership: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team. We move fast and need to know that everyone will see things through to completion and proactively help to get things back on track when challenges arise. Accountability is really important to us.

Humility: There is so much we don’t know. Humility allows for open-mindedness to feedback and a willingness to learn from others. It paves the way for collaboration and creates a positive work environment. It is a key ingredient of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

Structured Thinking: Our business is complex with many layers (many services, many countries, many cultures). Regardless of whether you’re more analytical or creative in nature, being able to show sound judgement is important to us. It ensures solutions are pragmatic and balance the needs of the organisation, team and customers.

Data-driven: We are a data-rich business with 15,000+ small business customers.  Each decision we make can impact many more people than we realise, so it’s critical that we use sound data to support our strategies and review the success of our initiatives.

Can have tough conversations in a positive way: It’s not a matter of if, but when difficult interpersonal situations arise.  Disagreement, conflict and disappointment are a given in a fast-moving business where people care about their work.  People who proactively have tough conversations with kindness build empathy, trust and great working relationships.

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

    2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

    6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

    10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
