Ecommerce Manager- Amazon & Flipkart Performance Marketing (New Delhi)

Position - Ecommerce Manager – Amazon & Flipkart Work Mode- Onsite Experience -3-6 years in E. Com Performance Marketing Company Website- https://www.hsad.co.in/ Role Overview: We are looking for a data-driven and performance-oriented Ecommerce Manager to independently manage a dedicated portfolio across Amazon and Flipkart Ads. The role will own media planning, campaign execution, optimization, performance reporting and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on driving sales and advertising efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end Amazon & Flipkart advertising campaigns, including setup, optimization, bidding, targeting and budget allocation. - Develop monthly, weekly and event-based media plans aligned with business and sales objectives. - Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, ACOS, sales, spend, CTR, CPC, CVR, SOV and other relevant KPIs. - Analyze SKU, keyword, search term and campaign-level performance to identify growth and efficiency opportunities. - Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure accurate pacing with minimal budget leakage. - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, reasons for performance changes and actionable recommendations. - Conduct WoW, MoM and YoY analysis and post-event performance reviews. - Work closely with clients/stakeholders and present performance, insights and strategic recommendations. - Monitor competitor activity, promotions, pricing, inventory and other marketplace factors impacting performance. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales, ROAS, visibility and overall ecommerce growth. - Support and mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to campaign governance and reporting processes. 5. Key Skills & Qualifications - 3–6 years of experience in Ecommerce / Marketplace Advertising / Performance Marketing. - Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads. - Robust understanding of marketplace advertising metrics and optimization. - Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills. - Strong media planning, reporting and presentation capabilities. - Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, budgets and priorities. - Strong ownership, attention to detail and problem-solving ability. - Experience in an agency/client servicing environment is preferred. 6.
