About MY ARMOR

MY ARMOR is one of India's fast-growing home essentials brands, manufacturing and selling products across Bedding, Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Cushions and Home Furnishings. As we continue expanding beyond Amazon, we are building a dedicated marketplace team to accelerate our presence across Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, FirstCry, Myntra, JioMart and other leading e-commerce platforms.

We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of these marketplaces and scale them profitably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow sales and profitability of assigned marketplaces
  • Manage product listings, catalog, content and marketplace health
  • Plan, execute and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns
  • Manage pricing, promotions, deals and sale events
  • Forecast inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment
  • Work closely with Marketplace KAMs and internal teams
  • Monitor sales, advertising performance and business reports
  • Identify growth opportunities and improve marketplace performance
  • Own complete day-to-day operations of assigned marketplaces
Required Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, FirstCry, Myntra, JioMart or similar marketplaces
  • Hands-on experience in marketplace advertising and campaign optimization
  • Experience in catalog management, pricing and promotional planning
  • Strong inventory planning and forecasting skills
  • Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting and data analysis)
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to independently manage marketplace business with ownership
Eligibility ✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant marketplace experience

✔ Proven experience growing at least one non-Amazon marketplace

✔ Experience managing Sales, Catalog and Advertising is mandatory

✔ Willing to work full-time from Gota, Ahmedabad

Important Note

This position is focused on non-Amazon marketplaces.

If your experience is only in Amazon and you wish to continue working exclusively on Amazon, this role is not suitable.

Candidates with Amazon experience who are genuinely interested in learning, building and managing other marketplaces are encouraged to apply.

Work From Home (WFH) or Remote Work is NOT available.
