Job Title: E-Commerce Manager Amazon & Online Marketplaces (Must be from a Diaper Brand) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 8+ Years Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Permanent Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: Regular Compensation: Up to 28 LPA as CTC Job Brief We are looking for a smart and driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales. Your main focus will be Amazon (Seller Central / Vendor Central). You will help grow our sales, improve our product pages, and increase profits. If you love numbers, online selling, and building brands, this role is for you. You will manage everything from product listings to ads, stock planning, and sales growth. Responsibilities Amazon Management (Main Focus) • Manage daily Amazon operations. • Handle Seller Central / Vendor Central accounts. • Create and manage Amazon PPC ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display). • Improve product titles, keywords, and descriptions for better ranking. • Manage A+ Content and Brand Store. • Track seller ratings, feedback, and account health. Product & Inventory • Plan stock with the supply team. • Avoid stockouts and extra inventory. • Manage pricing across platforms. • Launch new products online. • Ensure correct product listing and cataloguing. Data & Growth Strategy • Track traffic, sales, conversion rate, and ROAS. • Study competitors and pricing trends. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports. • Find new growth ideas. Digital Marketing • Improve conversion rates (CRO) • Plan offers and promotional campaigns • Manage online deals and sales events Qualifications • 8+ years in E-commerce. • At least 2 years of hands-on Amazon experience. • Must have experience working with a Diaper Brand or Baby Care product company. • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO and the A9 algorithm. • Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Pacvue. • Experience in hardware, home improvement, building materials, or furniture preferred. • Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). • Experience with Google Analytics. • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
