Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Operations: Oversee an inbound and outbound patient access support team of 70+ members, coordinating daily activities, workflow distribution, and performance monitoring.
  • Remote Workforce Development: Design, implement, and track training and development plans for a fully remote team, ensuring skill growth and engagement.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs and work instructions that reflect best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of key performance indicators (KPIs), synthesize insights, and present actionable findings to senior leadership.
