Duolingo English Test (DET) Trainer

We are urgently looking for dynamic and energetic Duolingo English Test prep trainers to join

our team. Candidate should have experience in Duolingo Test prep training.

Location: Remote – Open only to candidates based in Kerala, India.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Duolingo English Test (DET) training sessions for students in individual and group settings.
  • Develop customized lesson plans based on student needs and test requirements.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist students with test-taking strategies and techniques.
  • Evaluate student performance through practice tests and assessments.
  • Stay updated with the latest Duolingo test formats and guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Regular feedback one to one discussion to assess needs of students;
  • Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Duolingo training is a must.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Familiarity with the Duolingo test format and scoring criteria.
