In the AI Workforce Specialists team, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible specialist sellers with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end AI Workforce transformation at scale through high-impact, value-driven customer engagements, helping organizations achieve meaningful business outcomes and unlock the full potential of AI-powered productivity.

As a Digital AI Workforce Specialist, you will lead the charge in transforming how organizations adopt and scale AI-powered productivity across AI Workforce solutions (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat, Agents, ME3, ME5, Frontline Worker). You will build strategies with customers, collaborating across different groups inside the customer environment to successfully enable them to drive and adopt AI transformation. You will lead consultative customer conversations and collaborate on the planning, orchestration and execution of end-to-end AI Workforce opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell.

Responsibilities Drive AI Workforce transformation by leading consultative customer engagements across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat, Agents, Microsoft 365 E3, Microsoft 365 E5, and Frontline Worker solutions. Foster relationships with Customer Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and key stakeholders, identifying and qualifying opportunities by understanding customer business priorities, technology strategies, governance models, and decision-making processes. Develop and execute customer-centric AI Workforce strategies, articulating business value, ROI, and AI transformation outcomes to support customer adoption and investment decisions.

Lead consultative conversations, solution demonstrations, workshops, and customer engagements that help organizations envision, adopt, and scale AI-powered productivity solutions. Orchestrate end-to-end AI Workforce opportunities by collaborating with internal stakeholders, customer success teams, services organizations, and partners to drive successful customer outcomes and accelerate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Own the performance of an assigned territory, including strategic account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, competitive positioning, and execution of intentional selling strategies aligned with Microsoft's AI priorities.

Drive customer satisfaction and long-term business value by supporting adoption and value realization, addressing risks, sharing industry insights and best practices, and continuously developing expertise in AI Workforce solutions and consultative selling.
