We are seeking an experienced finance skilled to lead group financial consolidation and reporting in compliance with IFRS. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IBM Controller/Hyperion, experience working with Big4 auditors, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Financial Consolidation & Reporting Oversee group financial consolidation in accordance with IFRS. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly group financials for board review and investors. Liaise with subsidiaries and associates for statutory reporting requirements. Audit & Compliance Manage annual statutory audits with Big4 auditors. Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations. Regularly analyze intercompany balances to ensure accuracy. Accounting & Valuation Address complex accounting inquiries and determine appropriate IFRS treatments. Participate in valuation of intangible assets and fair value assessments. Continuously evaluate and improve operational and reporting processes. Stakeholder & Team Management Lead and mentor a large finance team across multiple locations. Engage with finance and accounts teams globally to ensure alignment. Interact with statutory auditors and external agencies. Key Qualifications & Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of experience in accounting, audit, and group consolidation. Strong knowledge of IBM Controller/Hyperion (mandatory). Experience working in a Big4 audit function (preferred). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and lead a large team. Experience with Sage 300 (added advantage). High level of integrity and collaboration skills. Willingness to travel as required.
