Role Overview: You will be working as a Data & Insights Lead in Accenture Legal, where you will have the exciting opportunity to design, drive, and implement a refreshed data strategy to transform the organization into a data-driven entity leveraging emerging technologies like GenAI. Your main responsibilities will include understanding business needs, managing data access, designing business insight solutions, and participating in data remediation activities. Key Responsibilities: - Help define and drive the Legal data strategy. - Build and maintain positive relationships with senior leadership within Legal and across Accenture to support delivery of data and insight services. - Lead a team to drive data and insight outcomes across Legal. - Proactively understand and interpret Legal data and insight needs for the Data & Insights team to deliver. - Review Data & Insights team output and provide quality assurance. - Drive increased Legal use of data and insights and best practices. - Lead/support continuous improvement efforts for technology, processes, tools, metrics, and trainings. - Identify, document, and share data & insight practices within Legal and across Accenture. Qualifications Required: - Experience leading a team and strong people development skills. - Deep expertise in data architecture, curation, and modeling tools. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, Qlik, and data visualization tools. - Working knowledge of data science tools like Jupyter, SQL, Python, Azure, GCP. - Exposure to data analytics, including modeling and visualization. - Fluent in English.
