Data Entry Operator at Clearline Data Solutions - 12th Pass

Clearline Data Solutions helps companies manage their daily records, customer information, and back-office work. We work with clients in retail, logistics, and finance, and our team handles their data entry needs from start to finish. We are a fully remote team and are looking for more data entry operators to help us grow our client base.
No technical background is required for this job. If you can type, follow instructions, and have an eye for detail, you can do this job well.

Job Role:

Enter data into spreadsheets or online forms daily. Transform PDF files into Word files as needed. Clean up dirty data—remove duplicate records, fix formatting, and sort records properly. Enter product information for e-commerce listings. Double-check your work for mistakes before you turn it in. Follow the daily task instructions given by your team lead. Always keep all client data private and secure.

Required Skills:

  • 10th/12th Pass from any Board.
  • Basic computer knowledge and can use the internet comfortably.
  • A typing speed of 25 to 30 words per minute is helpful, but not mandatory.
  • A desktop or laptop with a reliable internet connection.
  • Focus on detail, and avoid mistakes.
  • Capable of working independently with little supervision.

Good to Have

Experience in Excel or Google sheet. Conversion of PDF to word. Basic knowledge. Previously worked in data entry or typing clerk even in a temporary position.

Business hours
Flexible schedule; pick your shift. Part time, 3-4 hours a day. Full time: 6-7 hours daily.
