Conduct business process analysis and design to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Configure and customize D365 CRM to meet client requirements. Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional design documents and test scripts. Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve any functional issues that arise during project implementation. Stay updated on the latest D365 CRM features and functionalities and make recommendations for their implementation. Work closely with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration between D365 CRM and other systems. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of D365 CRM. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, client meetings, and status updates. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Keep track of project progress, risks, and issues and communicate them to project stakeholders.
