<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Cyber Review Manager</p><p><strong>Job Families for Job Profiles:</strong> Cyber Review</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Hyderabad Remote</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The Cyber Review Manager is responsible for leading cyber incident response review operations and managing teams that support data breach, privacy, and cyber incident review engagements. This role ensures the accurate identification, review, and protection of sensitive information while maintaining compliance with regulatory, contractual, and client requirements.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cyber incident response, data breach review, and eDiscovery review platforms such as Relativity and Canopy. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive quality and operational excellence, oversee review workflows, mentor analysts, and support the successful delivery of cyber review projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Cyber Incident Response & Review Management</strong></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end cyber incident review and data breach response projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.</li><li>Oversee the identification, review, validation, and extraction of personally identifiable information (PII), protected health information (PHI), and other sensitive data exposed during cyber incidents.</li><li>Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established review protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with Incident Response, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to support cyber incident investigations.</li><li>Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and internal governance standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Operational Excellence & Risk Management</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor project metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments related to cyber review workflows and data handling practices.</li><li>Support root cause analysis and corrective action planning for review-related issues.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and continuously improve review procedures, quality standards, and documentation guidelines.</li><li>Assist with internal audits, client audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership & Development</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and coach Cyber Review Analysts and Senior Analysts.</li><li>Conduct performance discussions, provide constructive feedback, and support career development initiatives.</li><li>Facilitate onboarding, cross-training, and continuous learning programs for review teams.</li><li>Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability, quality, and client service.</li></ul><p><strong>Technology & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Leverage Relativity, Canopy, and other review technologies to manage review workflows and reporting.</li><li>Utilize advanced Excel, SQL, and reporting tools to analyze review data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making.</li><li>Support the implementation and optimization of AI-assisted review and analytics processes.</li><li>Prepare dashboards and reports highlighting project performance, quality metrics, risks, and resource utilization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB/LLM), Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Cyber Incident Response or Data Breach.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of people management experience leading review teams or operational teams.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Relativity and Canopy platforms.</li><li>Experience managing client-facing projects within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Experience handling sensitive and confidential information in compliance with privacy and security regulations.</li><li>Experience within legal technology, eDiscovery, privacy review, or cyber incident response service industries.</li><li>Documentation & Compliance Management</li><li>Professional certification like CIPP, CISSP, CISM Preferred</li><li>Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification Preferred</li><li>Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Relativity certification Preferred.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules when required to support critical cyber incident response engagements.</li><li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li></ul>
