Designation: Customer Support Executive(International Voice Process)
Location: Near Gariahat, Kolkata, West Bengal(Work From Office)
Education: Graduation in any discipline
Working Hours: 9PM-6AM (Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

1) Handing inbound calls
2) Answering customer queries
3) Providing customers with relevant information regarding products
4) Take feedback from customers

Work Schedule:

1) For the first 2 weeks from day of joining,6 working days. After that,5 working days
2) Weekly offs will be on rotational basis.
