This role</p><p>involves visiting customers at their location to assist with documentation, resolve issues, and</p><p>ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>1. Visit customers at homes, hospitals, or workplaces to address health insurance-related queries.</p><p>2. Assist customers with health insurance documentation, including policy documents,</p><p>endorsements, renewals, and claim forms.</p><p>3. Explain policy coverage, benefits, exclusions, renewal processes, and claim procedures in a</p><p>simple manner.</p><p>4. Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, claims, and underwriting for timely issue</p><p>resolution.</p><p>5.Collect and verify required documents and ensure accuracy and completeness.</p><p>6. Track customer requests and follow up until closure.</p><p>7.
