About the job:

We are looking for lead generation executive to boost our sales by communicating with customers. Agent should have lead generation strategies so that can use to attract potential customer and guide them towards our product. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service we are offering.


Job Details:

Timings: 5:00 AM to 2:00PM

Week offs: Sunday

Half day: Saturday

Fixed shifts

Pick up facility provided and meal

Job Responsibilities:

Contact customers in Australia who already hold existing insurance policies and introduce them to our insurance comparison services.

Engage customers professionally and encourage them to compare their current insurance coverage with the solutions offered by our company.

Generate qualified leads by successfully transferring interested customers to a licensed Sales Advisor for a detailed insurance comparison.


Requirements:

For Lead Generation: candidates with minimum 0 months to 1 year of international outbound experience,

Work experience as a telesales, telemarketer, and lead generation or a similar role in the sales department, freshers can also apply

Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.

Great interpersonal skills.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

Outstanding problem-solving skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Hard-working individual

Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer requirements.

Persuade the customer to buy service by demonstrating how service met their needs.

Record the customers personal information accurately in the computer system.

Go the extra mile to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.

Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

Explaining the product and services offered by the company.
