Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and target-driven Customer Sales Executives fluent in Tamil to connect with customers, recover abandoned cart orders, encourage repeat purchases, and improve the overall customer experience through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong focus on sales conversion and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to assigned customers in the respective regional language (Tamil or Kannada).
  • Abandoned Cart Recovery: Contact customers who did not complete their purchases, understand the reasons, and encourage them to place their orders.
  • Repeat Purchase Conversion: Connect with one-time buyers to understand why they have not reordered and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Customer Feedback: Identify the reasons behind incomplete purchases or non-repeat orders, including product concerns, pricing, offers, website issues, payment difficulties, delivery experience, or competitor preferences.
  • Sales Conversion: Handle basic product-related queries, address customer objections, and encourage purchases or reorders wherever appropriate.
  • Prepaid Order Promotion: Encourage customers to choose prepaid payment options wherever possible.
  • Call Documentation: Accurately record call outcomes, customer feedback, reasons for non-purchase, and follow-up details in the assigned tracker or CRM.
  • Issue Escalation: Report recurring customer concerns, objections, and trends to the team leader to help improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily calling, conversion, and other assigned performance targets.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Fluency in speaking Tamil is mandatory, depending on the assigned role.
  • Basic communication skills in Hindi or English are an advantage.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling and work toward sales targets.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to resolving concerns.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates with a sales or telecalling background may apply.
