Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic CSR Fund Development and Fundraising Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure funding for the foundation’s initiatives through CSR partnerships, grants, donations, and fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fund development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the CSR landscape in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fund Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fund development strategy to secure financial support from corporate donors, grant-making organizations, and individual donors.

  • CSR Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential CSR partners, ensuring alignment between their CSR goals and the Foundation’s mission.

  • Grant Writing: Prepare and submit grant proposals to foundations, trusts, and government bodies, ensuring compliance with application requirements and deadlines.

  • Donor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors, ensuring regular communication, reporting, and recognition of their contributions.

  • Fundraising Campaigns: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, including online crowdfunding, events, and appeals, to engage a wide range of supporters.

  • Impact Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on the impact of donations and funding received, showcasing the tangible outcomes of the Foundation’s initiatives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with program teams to identify funding needs, create compelling narratives, and ensure alignment between funding opportunities and programmatic goals.

  • Market Research: Conduct research on funding trends, CSR policies, and potential donors to identify new opportunities for resource mobilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven success in securing funds from corporate donors, foundations, and individual contributors.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.

  • Strong understanding of the CSR ecosystem in India, including relevant regulations and best practices.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Passion for social impact and a commitment to the mission and values of the Vijoriya Foundation.
