Summary

As a Crew Member at Burger King – Dwarka Sector 12, you’ll play a key role in delivering a great guest experience. You will be responsible for preparing food, maintaining hygiene, ensuring cleanliness, and providing top-notch customer service—all while working in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Standards

  • Work efficiently across all assigned workstations, including kitchen, front counter, and dining area.

  • Prepare all menu items in line with Burger King’s quality and portion standards.

  • Ensure all surfaces, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized regularly as per company protocol.

  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, dining area, and washroom at all times.

  • Follow all company and legal guidelines regarding food safety, fire safety, health, hygiene, and security.

  • Immediately report any safety hazards, issues, or concerns to the shift manager.

Customer Service

  • Serve customers with a friendly attitude, ensuring every order is hot, fresh, accurate, and neatly presented.

  • Provide condiments, napkins, and other accompaniments as needed.

  • Keep the dining area clean and presentable throughout the shift.

  • Assist customers by answering questions or promptly directing complaints or issues to the manager.

  • Be attentive to the needs of all customers including families with children, elderly patrons, and persons with disabilities.
