Content Writer/Creator (WFH)


About the job:

We are looking for a creative and driven content writer/creator to join our growing marketing team. At Gnani.ai, you'll help build consumer-facing (B2C) mobile apps that bring AI-powered experiences directly to everyday users. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and storytelling skills, a good understanding of B2C audiences and digital content, and the ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the marketing and product teams to build Gnani.ai's brand presence and communicate complex AI concepts in simple, relatable ways.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging B2C content across social media, blogs, website, campaigns, and other digital platforms
2. Develop creative content ideas, scripts, captions, and storytelling concepts for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
3. Write clear, compelling, and audience-focused content aligned with Gnani.ai's brand voice
4. Research AI, Generative AI, Voice AI, technology, and industry trends and convert them into engaging content
5. Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop campaigns and content assets
6. Create and refine short-form video scripts, reels, posts, blogs, and marketing copy
7. Work with product and subject-matter experts to extract insights and turn them into compelling stories
8. Track content performance and continuously experiment with formats, topics, and storytelling approaches to improve engagement
9. Ensure content is grammatically accurate, original, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines

Other Requirements:

  1. 1. Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, mass communication, marketing, communications, or a related field
  2. 2. 0-2 years of experience in content writing, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role
  3. 3. Strong command of English, grammar, storytelling, and copywriting
  4. 4. Hands-on experience creating content for B2C audiences and social media platforms
  5. 5. Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging content formats
  6. 6. Ability to quickly understand and simplify complex topics, particularly technology and AI, into engaging and easy-to-understand content
  7. 7. Experience writing short-form video/reel scripts, social media copy, blogs, and campaign content
  8. 8. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  9. 9. Familiarity with content analytics, SEO, and basic content performance metrics is an added advantage
  10. 10. Ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively bring new ideas to the table
