Nykaa is now accepting applications for the position of Content Reviewer. The firm is looking for candidates who can review digital content, validate product information and maintain quality standards before updates are published to internal platforms. This is a work from home position, and would be perfect for someone who enjoys reading, reviewing information and working with online content. Because much of the work involves reviewing written information and electronic records, candidates should be comfortable working on a computer all day. The Nature of the Work We prepare new product details, description and business information for different categories on daily basis . Before going live on the platform, this information is reviewed to ensure the content is in line with company guidelines. As a Content Reviewer you may review product descriptions, verify category information, check formatting, identify missing information and ensure records are complete before they are approved. You may also record review logs and prepare simple reports that help the operations team track completed work. The job is not about speed but consistency. Reading information carefully and spotting small errors is a key part of the job. Working environment Employees work remotely with the company's internal tools. The online work portal is used for distributing daily assignments and electronically submitting completed work for review. Selected candidates are given an online training on the review process, documentation standards, and quality guidelines followed by the company before being onboarded.
