Role & responsibilities

  • Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and audio.
  • Identify, classify, and remove content that violates company policies, community guidelines, or legal requirements.
  • Maintain high accuracy, quality, and productivity while reviewing content.
  • Stay updated with changing content policies, guidelines, and platform standards.
  • Document moderation decisions and prepare reports on trends, violations, and recurring issues.
  • Handle sensitive or potentially harmful content professionally and objectively.
  • Participate in training sessions, quality audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate from a recognized university.
  • Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience in content moderation, customer support, or back-office operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and digital content.
  • Ability to analyze content and make accurate decisions based on guidelines and policies.
  • High attention to detail with strong observational skills.
  • Comfortable working with sensitive, graphic, or policy-violating content when required.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with flexible availability preferred.
