## About the Company BillCut is one of India's fastest-growing fintech platforms. Its mission is to free millions of Indians from high-interest debt by turning heavy credit card bills and loan EMIs into repayment plans people can actually manage. ## About the Role BillCut is looking for a creator who will become the trusted face of the brand across Instagram, YouTube and new platforms as they emerge. This is an ownership role, not an execution role. You'll own the camera, the voice, the content strategy and the story. You'll have a real budget and work directly with the founders. ## Key Responsibilities - Be the face of BillCut: build a recognisable, trusted on-camera presence on Instagram, YouTube and new platforms. - Own content strategy: run creative direction end to end, from concept and shoot to captions and cultural relevance, without long approval chains. - Build the content engine: set up and run a production rhythm that publishes consistently. - Work with leadership: collaborate directly with founders, CXOs and industry experts to turn ideas into content. - Stay ahead of trends: spot platform trends and new formats early and get BillCut there first. - Simplify finance: turn dry financial concepts such as debt, credit cards and EMIs into content people want to watch and remember. - Drive with data: use performance metrics to keep improving content and growth. ## Requirements - 2–5+ years of content creation experience as a creator, brand face or social media lead. - Growth you can show with numbers, such as follower growth, reach, engagement and views. - A natural, confident on-camera presence. - Proven experience taking a channel from zero to meaningful scale. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, low-hierarchy setup where you're expected to act on your own instincts. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience creating fintech, personal finance or explainer content. - Hands-on shooting and editing skills. - Comfort creating content in Hindi and English. ## What We Offer - Fintech content in India is still young.
