If you’re passionate about luxury hospitality and excited to be part of something extraordinary, join us as we expand to new markets and reimagine the future of travel with PS.<br><br><strong> The Role: Concierge <br><br></strong>The Concierge is a crucial part of the traveler journey, closing any gaps possible within 24-hours of travel and coordinating day-of needs related to onsite experience. They perform outreach 24-hours prior to travel, ensuring the experience will be enjoyable and successful for both the traveler and onsite operational teams.<br><br>Reports directly to PS LAX Director of Hospitality<br><br><strong>Responsibilities & Expectations <br><br></strong><ul><li> Traveler outreach via texting platform. </li><li> Have knowledge of all operational departments to be able to successfully coordinate day-of travel needs. </li><li> Suite planning and coordinating, including third party services and F&B orders. </li><li> Field phone calls from onsite travelers, take orders and communicate information to pertinent departments. </li><li> Reply to text and email inquiries within standard response time. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience working around confidential and sensitive information </li><li> Experience in a customer service, airline and/or hospitality industry related role. </li><li> Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft systems. </li><li> Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li> Ability to multitask and prioritize duties. </li><li> Interpersonal and time management skills. </li><li> Ability to quickly problem solve for the success of the traveler experience and flight reservation. </li><li> Pass a pre-employment drug screening + background check. </li><li> Collection of SSN as part of the background check process will be required. </li><li> Must be authorized to work in the United States. </li><li> PS is a 24-hour facility and as such we require fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Full Time Employee Benefits <br><br></strong><ul><li> Employee benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability </li><li> 401K retirement plan with company matching </li><li> Health and Dependent care FSA and HSA with company matching. </li><li> Merit-based raises and bonuses if applicable. </li><li> 12 PTO Days / 6 Paid Sick Days Prorated Annually </li><li> Monthly Health & Wellness and phone reimbursement </li><li> Paid training </li><li> A great career path with promotion opportunities. <br><br></li></ul><strong> Compensation $35.00/hour.
