Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to join our online marketing agency. The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct high-volume outbound cold calls, engage potential clients, identify businesses that may benefit from our digital marketing services, and successfully book qualified appointments for our Sales Supervisor.

This is a target-driven sales position that requires strong communication skills, consistency, confidence, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective businesses and decision-makers.
  • Introduce the company's digital marketing and online marketing services professionally.
  • Identify potential clients and understand their basic business needs.
  • Qualify prospects based on the company's appointment qualification criteria.
  • Generate interest and effectively communicate the value of our services.
  • Book qualified prospects for meetings with the Sales Supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and appointments in the company's CRM or designated system.
  • Conduct follow-up calls when required.
  • Meet daily and monthly call, prospecting, and appointment targets.
  • Maintain consistent calling activity throughout scheduled working hours.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor to ensure booked appointments are properly communicated and prepared.
  • Follow approved calling scripts, sales processes, and company protocols.
  • Provide regular updates regarding call activity, prospects, appointments, and challenges.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when dealing with rejection or difficult prospects.

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Make 80–120+ outbound calls per working day, depending on campaign requirements.
  • Maintain consistent calling activity throughout working hours.
  • Generate qualified prospects on a regular basis.
  • Consistently meet assigned appointment-setting targets.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records.
  • Follow up with prospects according to the company's sales process.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, discipline, and consistent attendance.
  • Avoid unnecessary gaps or prolonged periods of inactivity during working hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or business development is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Ability to speak with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Strong objection-handling and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Appointment show-up/conversion rate.
  • Follow-up completion.
  • CRM accuracy.
  • Attendance, punctuality, and adherence to working hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
